Recognition
We
recognize and reward achievements based on performance
of each of our Consultants. We recognize high performers
and believe in rewarding them accordingly.
Appraisals
are done twice a year. During appraisals, the Consultants
are given the opportunity to inform the management of
his achievement, grievances and needs.
We
take staff development seriously.
Our
Company sees monetary reward as only one of the many
other forms of showing our appreciation to our Consultants.

Our working environment is something we take pride in.
Our Consultants are of diverse characters and personalities
making working in ISS interesting.
Our
people are our most important asset. We recognize that
most of our Consultants when assigned work long hours
hence we try to make their assignments as comfortable
as possible.
In our company, you can experience international atmosphere and gain cross cultural communication skills – we have a mixture of people coming from different countries as Germany, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, India, Mali, Slovakia and other countries.
Teamwork
At
ISS Consulting, we have a diverse range of people when
it comes to personality and paradigms. This enables
us to come up with surprising ideas and innovative solutions.
Here,
teams work closely together, sharing information and
ideas to achieve a common goal. The experienced Consultants
are at all times ready to guide our young Consultants
to mould them into experts in their areas.
As
our Consultants are mostly working together at clients'
offices and in some days for long hours, we find that
the bond between our Consultants are exceptionally strong.
Those who are assigned together eventually become good
friends. We find this to be a good motivator for our
Consultants. Going to work becomes something they look
forward to, where they can find challenge and a good
conversation with their friends.
Knowledge
management
ISS
Consulting believes in maintaining a library of resources
for the reference of our Consultants. We are constantly
updating this library with information for our Consultants
to remain competitive in the areas of their expertise.
We
also manage the development of the knowledge of our
Consultants in a systematic manner to ensure that our
Consultants are proficient in their assigned areas.
This is done through self study and sometimes by sending
the Consultants for external training.
Management
We
value our Consultants, as they are the image and pride
of the Company. Therefore we strongly believe in staff
retention and career development of each of our Consultants.
Our
management consists of individuals who believe in a
well-balanced and fulfilling life. Staff development
is the main priority of the business as our most valuable
asset is our people.
We
have support staff in all our offices to assist our
Consultants in various areas. These include Marketing,
Finance, Information Systems and Human Resource.
We
have surveys every once a year to ascertain the level
of satisfaction of our Consultants. We want to know
that the Consultants are getting from their career what
they need. The management feels that no idea or complain
is too small. We want to know what we can do to make
the Company a better place.
